Who runs this site

This website is operated by Nicks Cold Services for Aim Stars Esports, a Fortnite organization based in New York City. Nicks Cold Services builds and maintains the site. Questions go through the contact page.

What the site is

The site publishes the org story, roster, competitive record, practice island code, and partner links. Merch shown on the site is not for sale yet. A product page does not create an offer, a price, or an order.

Using the site

• Use the site for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Do not copy the roster, artwork, or writing and present it as your own.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape at a volume that degrades the site, or impersonate Aim Stars or Nicks Cold Services.
• Do not submit a contact note that is unlawful, abusive, or that includes someone else's private information.

Roster and results

Names, roles, prize figures, and dates are compiled from the org and from public Fortnite Tracker pages. A figure can be incomplete or later corrected. Earnings lines are not a promise of payment and are not tax, contract, or ranking advice.

Contact notes

The contact form stores the name, email, and note in your own browser only. It does not send that note to Nicks Cold Services or to Aim Stars. See the privacy policy.

Other sites

Links to Fortnite Tracker, Argonpads, Tilted Tweaks, and other destinations leave this site. Those sites have their own terms. Nicks Cold Services does not control them.

Names and marks

Aim Stars, the star mark, and the site artwork belong to their owners. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games. This site is not an Epic Games product and is not endorsed by Epic Games. Partner names belong to those partners.

No warranty

The site is provided as it stands. Nicks Cold Services does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that every portrait or stat is current, or that a future merch drop will happen on a stated date.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nicks Cold Services and Aim Stars Esports are not liable for loss that comes from using the site, relying on a published stat, or following a link to another site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

Nicks Cold Services may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect.
